Conventional MD (Medical Doctor)- Conventional (allopathic) only
  1. Integrative MD- Conventional and Alternative Medicine

  2. Conventional DO (Doctor of Osteopathy)- Conventional Medicine like MD's but MAYBE does osteopathic manipulation

  3. Integrative DO- Conventional and Alternative Medicine usually does osteopathic manipulation
