Conventional MD (Medical Doctor)- Conventional (allopathic) only

Integrative MD- Conventional and Alternative Medicine
Conventional DO (Doctor of Osteopathy)- Conventional Medicine like MD's but MAYBE does osteopathic manipulation
Integrative DO- Conventional and Alternative Medicine usually does osteopathic manipulation
